Cheryl Watson Smith established the firm in 2001. She has been in the private practice of law in Roanoke, Virginia since 1988. Ms. Smith is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is a trained Collaborative Family Law Attorney. Ms. Smith is on the faculty of the Collaborative Practice Training Institute as a Collaborative Trainer. She is a Mediator, certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia since 1995.
At Cheryl Watson Smith, P.C. when you contact us, we recognize that you and your family are in conflict; so we strive to provide professional and personal legal, mediation and Collaborative services to help clients seek peaceful, respectful, durable and lasting solutions. Consultations are by appointment and experienced legal and clerical staff is available Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. to assist clients as concerns and needs arise.
