Not long after law school, Mark Bradshaw developed a passion for practicing personal injury and founded The Bradshaw Firm. Due to demonstrated knowledge and experience over the years as well as recommendations from Mr. Bradshaw's legal peers and colleagues, The Bradshaw Firm has earned Martindale Hubbell's highest rating for both ethical standards and legal ability. In 2012 Mason Bradshaw joined the firm and in 2014 Chris Jones also joined the firm. They have carried on The Bradshaw Firm's tradition of giving personal attention to each client and working around the clock to strive to win every case. In addition to the excellent service for individual clients, Mark Bradshaw provides mediation services, having earned his master of laws degree in alternative dispute resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University in 2007. He also served as a settlement conference judge pro tem for the Superior Court for approximately 8 years. Mr. Bradshaw has successfully mediated numerous disputes for individuals and companies involved in contested/litigated matters.
