Wade Ash Woods Hill & Farley, P.C. was founded in 1982 by experienced Colorado lawyers committed to building and maintaining long-term and mutually-rewarding client relationships. Today, we continue that tradition. We began as a boutique firm focused solely on estate planning and estate administration. Later, we saw the need to add estate and trust litigation to our areas of emphasis, expanding the services we could provide to our clients. To this day, those practice areas continue to serve as our main focus, but in recent years we have developed other specialized areas which help us serve the diverse needs of our clientele.

We primarily serve the Rocky Mountain region, but regularly work as local counsel with clients and other attorneys across the country and around the world. We continue to represent individuals, families, businesses, charities, executors, trustees and other fiduciaries, and serve as consultants to other lawyers in the firm's specialized areas of practice. Members of the firm also serve as expert witnesses and mediators on complex issues.

Many of the firm's attorneys are listed in the Trusts and Estates section of The Best Lawyers in America and are recognized as Colorado Super Lawyers. All have written and spoken extensively in the firm's specialized fields, and are frequent speakers at Trust & Estate Continuing Legal Education seminars.
