About Gardner Law

The firm's namesake is the late James F. Gardner, who retired from practice in 1987. Mr. Gardner received his law degree from Northeastern University and after law school joined the FBI at the age of 23, the youngest entrant ever accepted at that time. In addition to serving in the FBI, he was also a Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Air Force and investigated the now infamous Box 13 voter scandal of 1948 involving the election of LBJ to the U.S. Senate. Mr. Gardner is remembered for his jovial spirit, forthright and direct manner, and deep commitment to his family.
Since its founding in 1972, the firm has grown from its initial focus on government contract and construction law to include a wide scope of practice areas. We are devoted to providing superior legal service to our clients and are proud of our tradition of excellence. In addition to serving their clients through the practice of law, each attorney actively participates in various community activities and memberships as reflected in their individual biographies.
