Vlachos & Vlachos, P.C. still maintains the commitment to legal aid through continued support by Legal Aid of Western Michigan. Paul T. Vlachos is the current President of LASW. The Vlachos family, in cooperation with Legal Aid of Western Michigan, created the John N. Vlachos Award in remembrance of John Vlachos' career-long commitment to community service and public interest law. This award is given annually to a person in the legal field who has made a special commitment to the civil justice community.
