Baker & Hostetler offers a very competitive salary, a competitive performance bonus program along with a comprehensive and competitive benefit program.

2012 compensation for entry-level lawyers was $ 120,000 per year, whilst the summer compensation for 1Ls, 2Ls and Post -3Ls was $2,115 per week.

In addition first year associates receive a summer stipend of $5,000, reimbursement of bar exam (up to $2,500) and moving expenses. Associates are also eligible for a bonus based upon billable hours.
