Following his graduation, Mr. Curley became an associate attorney of the Brown & Brown, P.C. law firm, where he practiced as a litigator and began representing immigration clients before the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). He remained with Brown & Brown, P.C. for 5 years until he established Curley Immigration Law. He is licensed to practice in both Nebraska and South Dakota, and can handle immigration matters nationwide. Mr. Curley is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Omaha Bar Association.
