Bergman & Jacobs was founded in 1979 by Richard H. Bergman and Mark A. Jacobs. Our office is located in historic downtown Hollywood, Florida. We are a boutique law firm advising our clients on legal matters involving complex civil and business litigation, securities law, probate and guardianship litigation.
