Established in 1982 by Harvey A. Paulsen, the firm of Paulsen, Malec & Associates, Ltd. is comprised of three attorneys focusing on defending individuals and businesses, both insured and self-insured, in matters arising out of motor vehicle accidents, product liability, general negligence, trucking and transportation, and construction accidents. PM&A also represents insurance companies in uninsured and underinsured claims as well as insurance coverage matters. In recent years, PM&A has added the fields of general civil litigation, residential real estate, small corporate formation, personal injury, consumer law defense, wills, trusts, and estate planning to complement its insurance defense practice.
