Bethard & Bethard, LLP, is a multigenerational, family-run law firm based in Coushatta, Louisiana. Established by Henry W. Bethard, Jr. in 1922 in response to mineral activities in the area, our firm was an early leader in property and mineral law, with our focus on the landowner's rights. We also have a concentrated focus on property law, real estate transactions and property related litigation, regarding property ranging from a small residential lot to large tracts of land, timber and minerals, and everything in between.
