Marc is the President of the Law Office of Marc A. Austin, P.C. and has practiced law in Utah since 1998. Marc is licensed as both an attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University and graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU. Marc specializes in estate planning, probate, and trust matters, as well as complex tax matters. He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PWC), a Big Four accounting firm, in Salt Lake City prior to beginning his law practice.
Marc has been named as one of Utah's Legal Elite Lawyers in the area of Wills, Trusts & Estates. He is currently the chairman of the Utah County Estate Planners Roundtable and has served on the board of several non-profit foundations. Marc and his wife, Tami, live in Provo and are the parents of seven children.
