Furey, Furey, Leverage & Darlington, PC. was founded in 1968. Our practice covers all aspects of civil defense litigation with a primary concentration in medical malpractice defense litigation. Our practice has also handled insurance coverage claims, including resolution of priority of multiple insurance policies, disclaimers, anti-subrogation and litigation of policy provisions and exclusions. We also represent medical professionals in investigations conducted by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC) and the Office of Professional Discipline (OPD).
