Henry Paul, Attorney At Law

A lifelong resident of Wisconsin, Henry Paul has been an attorney in the Milwaukee metropolitan area since 1972. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Henry graduated from Washington High School in 1965. He attended Carthage College, graduating with honors in 1969. Although Henry was admitted to several law schools, he chose and entered Marquette in 1969, and graduated in 1972.



Henry has held a real estate broker's license since 1969, and was active in the brokerage of real estate until the early 1980's. Other related past experiences include working in the trades as a carpenter, a mason, a painter, and doing some plumbing too!



Henry's focus is real estate law and many of its sub areas, including residential landlord/tenant issues, as well as real estate offers to purchase residential, investment and commercial property, as well as the closing of the purchase and financing of these transactions. In addition, Henry is well known at the Register in Probate's office, and has substantial probate and estate planning experience.



In 1998, Henry received the Volunteer Lawyer of the Year award from Legal Action of Wisconsin, in recognition of over 10 years of volunteer and pro bono service to persons who could not afford an attorney.



In 2009, Henry was elected president of the Milwaukee Serra Club, an organization whose purpose is to promote religious vocations. He remains an active member.



Henry is married with four grown children. He has been active with a variety of youth activities and sports. Henry refereed high school wrestling from 1972 to 2002, coached grade school basketball, coached a college wrestling club to four consecutive championships, and was an assistant high school wrestling coach from 1996 to 2002. Additionally, Henry has participated in the Boy Scouts scouting program most of his life.



Henry is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He's hiked Glacier National Park on five separate occasions, the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of New Mexico, the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho, and the Grand Canyon.
