Johnson and Johnson, Attorneys at Law, P.A. was established in March of 1993 with a primary emphasis in federal and state taxation. One of our founding partners has unique work experience having been employed twice by the Internal Revenue Service, both as a Revenue Agent with the Examination Division and a trial attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel. We are one of the few firms in Northeast Florida specializing in tax litigation controversy at both the federal and state level.
