Linda Suzzanne Griffin, Esquire, the founding member of Linda Suzzanne Griffin, P.A., has been practicing law since 1984. Linda's father, Harold "Hatch" Griffin, also practiced as an attorney in Clearwater for 18 years before his death in 1988 at the young age of 59. "Hatch" went to North Ward Elementary School and Clearwater High School. Linda's grandparents, Bert and Corrie Griffin, were also some of the earliest residents of Clearwater, arriving in Clearwater in the early 1920s. Bert was the head agent at the railroad station, in what is now the heart of downtown Clearwater (the bus station). Corrie worked at Daniel's Dress Shop on Cleveland Street, owned her own dress store and traveled to Atlanta, Georgia and New York as a fashion buyer. Linda remembers going to Brown's Ice Cream Shop on the cobbled Cleveland Street for ice cream and playing in the pool behind Pier 60 as a little girl.
