State of the Market Reports for U.S. and International Regions
As we enter Spring 2008, there are very mixed messages about the legal market. Given the state of the economy and talk of recession, law firms are being more thoughtful about lateral associate hiring and are taking time to reach decisions about their hiring needs. Firms are still aggressively hiring in a number of practice areas, but the hiring frenzy of the last several years has tapered off.
Many of our search consultants have recruited during slowdowns in the market, and are therefore very able to advise you on how to best navigate the market during this interesting time. To help you, this newsletter provides the state of the legal market around the country and in several international markets.
