"How can I develop the right mindset to see myself as a brand in my career? I feel stuck in the way I see myself."
This is a great question in terms of developing the right mindset and see yourself as a brand.
A lot of what good attorneys do in all practice areas, for the most part, and depends on where you want to be is you need to become interested in self-improvement-related things. And that means reading about marketing, how you see yourself. Since I've been in college, I've been a student of all sorts of self-improvement-type things, and there are lots of resources you can do. There's Anthony Robbins. There's Napoleon Hill. You should read about the things that interest you.
The big thing is you need to learn how to control your mind, and you need to learn how you see yourself, and you need to develop routines that help that happen. Anthony Robbins is a good example, and I used to work with him. He developed his mindset by just basically brainwashing himself that he could do all these things, and it was very interesting, and you can do that. Most people that become very successful doing anything are able to do that. That's what I would recommend in terms of developing the right mindset. Honestly, almost every very successful attorney I know, the ones that are really on fire and doing the best, are all people that have become students of various types of self-improvement. A lot of people resist it, and they think they don't need it, but really, everyone that does this sort of stuff benefits from it. It used to be religion would be what people would do. That's another way, but all this stuff is very important.
