I loved working with my recruiter. She basically reached out and told me that she thought she could find me a job in Chicago, and she delivered on her promise. I enjoyed reviewing the weekly updates on firm contacts and status of same. She was a great coach during the process (weekly telephone conferences, pertinent articles on the interview process, etc.) Besides completing the BCG Application Worksheet and revising my resume per her request, my recruiter took over and did all of the work. I did not have to continue checking the legal job sites, as she was doing this for me, as well as contacting other Chicago Law Firms regarding my interest in relocating to Chicago. In fact, I probably would not have ended up in Chicago without her assistance, as my current position had not yet been advertised by my current employer. The first three words that come to mind when I think of BCG are professional, aggressive, and timely. I would rank BCG at the top (#1) compared to other recruiting companies. I would highly recommend BCG to my peers or someone in a similar position looking for a career move. I was skeptical because I had been contacted by legal recruiters after graduation from law school to no avail. My recruiter was persistent in reaching out to me, and I decided to reply to see what might happen. I'm glad I did, as I am loving Chicago and working at my new firm.
