			<description>Job OverviewA law firm seeks an Associate Immigration Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will manage their caseload, interact with clients, and collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal assistants.DutiesExplain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions.Represent individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.Manage a workload of diverse cases.Conduct intake with detained individuals at centers.Prepare immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based petitions.Review and adjust immigration applications/packets as needed.Collaborate with law enforcement and community organizations on immigration law changes.Meet with potential clients for strategic consultations and strategy development.Prepare clients and witnesses for court/USCIS testimony.Submit legal briefs for various immigration cases.Requirements1 to 4 years of experience in Immigration Law.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish.Proven ability to manage a caseload and move legal cases forward.Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications.Experience with Case Management Software is preferred.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree.CertificationsAdmitted to practice law.SkillsStrong legal analysis and strategic planning abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.Catered lunches and complimentary parking.Paid time off.</description>
