Arent Fox Moves into New Office Space at Avenue of the Americas

Arent Fox LLP announced their new location at 1301 Avenue of the Americas. The 45-story office building features views of Central Park, access to Rockefeller Center, and collaborative workspaces.
New York Managing Partner Andrew I. Silfen said, “This is an important move for our office and the future of Arent Fox in New York. We focused on designing an office to better provide legal services and address the cutting edge needs of our clients. We believe we have created a signature space that will foster collaboration among our attorneys and with our clients. This office is designed not only for today’s practice of law and client demands, but also with the next generation of Arent Fox practitioners and legal leaders in mind. The space is a bold move away from the traditional law firm setting.”
Arent Fox had been in their previous New York office for over 25 years. The move to a new location comes during an eight-year record growth for the law firm with several very successful practices in New York, including the Complex Litigation, Health Care, Patent, Trademark, Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring, Government Enforcement & White Collar, and Real Estate groups.
Studios Architecture designed the office, which includes a number of smaller private offices, designated collaboration rooms, six conference rooms, a modern multi-purpose room for large events and meetings, and a public space.
The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill to a Gold certification standard by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design rating system.
