Sacramento office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a life sciences attorney preferably with 3+ years of corporate transactional experience and a background in life sciences. The candidate will work with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in connection with their intellectual property, commercial and M&A transactions. Must have experience in contract drafting, including supply agreements in the pharmaceutical space.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree with excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, research, writing, and analytical skills.
