Commercial Finance Associate Attorney

Cincinnati office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial finance associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate will work on complex matters with clients that include national and regional financial institutions, publicly traded companies, private equity sponsors, and mezzanine lenders. Should preferably have experience representing both borrowers and financial institutions in a range of financing transactions such as large corporate financings, secured and unsecured senior and subordinated credit facilities, asset securitizations, acquisition financings, and asset-based and cash-flow facilities.

The candidate must have an exceptional academic performance with top 25% of class preferred. Superior drafting and analytical skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills are needed.
