The ideal candidates must have in depth experience counseling and advising venture-backed companies on equity financings and general corporate matters through their growth cycle and venture capital investors on investment matters. Should have experience with start-ups and growth companies, seed and venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and/or corporate governance. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required.
