Corporate / Tax Associate Attorney

Roanoke office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate / tax associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be involved in advising high net worth individuals and corporations on tax matters. Should be a Virginia licensed attorney with corporate transaction experience and tax experience. Must have experience providing counsel and supporting transactions across a range of industries. An LL.M. degree in taxation is preferred.

The candidate must have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, and be able to prioritize and multitask while handling a large volume of cases.

Four law offices are located in Virginia. There are twelve areas of practice. Bankruptcy-creditors' rights, construction, litigation and corporate-business law are a few of their practice disciplines. The firm employs fifty-five talented attorneys. A prominent law publication has acknowledged several attorneys at the law practice.
