Tysons Corner office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-to-senior level corporate and securities associate attorney with 4+ years of corporate and securities experience in a large regional or national law firm. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic multi-office team representing the firm's public company and other clients. Must have experience with 1933 Act equity and debt securities offerings and 1934 Act matters, including, proxy statements, periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting. Must also be licensed to practice law.
