Ann Arbor office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate/healthcare M&A associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience with mergers and acquisitions. Experience in transactional healthcare is strongly preferred; some background or interest in healthcare is a plus. Must preferably be familiar with financing and general corporate representation including entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements, and customer and supplier relationships. Drafting of acquisition agreements and ancillary-related documents will be expected. Must already be admitted to or eligible to immediately waive into the Michigan Bar.

The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels.
