Miramar office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 7 years of experience. The candidate will manage full case handling responsibilities from inception through resolution. Independently handle decision-making on a case-by-case basis. Develop a strategic approach and provide leadership and direction to paralegals and legal assistants. Work as part of a team with all levels of experience and be open to cross-training for coverage outside the associate duties. Cultivate relationships with the firms existing and future clients. Analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation. Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement. Conduct and defend depositions. Do client preparation. Supervise support staff and team. Make mediations and handle a case from inception to Trial. Effectively manage client expectations. Must be good with people. Must be licensed to practice in Florida. Must have deposition experience.

The candidate must be a self-starter. Must be open-minded and have trial skills. Must do evidentiary Hearings. Must have negotiation skills. Must do mediations and Settlement Conferences. Must have minimum networking requirement. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
