Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks of counsel/partner - data privacy with 7-8 years of experience in the data privacy and information security practice area. The candidate will have the ability to advise broadly across different types of industries including healthcare, digital health technologies, biometrics, digital advertising and technology, and financial institutions and technologies. Will provide counseling on California Consumer Privacy Act /California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. state laws and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding data privacy and technology issues. Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification is strongly preferred (additional CIPP certifications a plus).
