Vancouver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labour and employment associate attorney or counsel with 3+ years of post-call labour and employment experience. The candidate will join a team which provides a full range of legal advice to clients who operate in a wide range of industries. Will have the opportunity to be part of a team providing service to unionized and non-unionized clients in all areas of labour and employment law (in both provincial and federal spheres), including human rights, privacy, employment litigation, labour arbitration, legislative compliance and related litigation, as well as organizational and transactional advice. Advising clients on day to day employment, labour and human rights matters, representing clients in related litigation matters, supporting senior practitioners, spearheading internal and client education (including seminars, workshops, blogging and legal writing), and other client service matters. Excellent academic and professional credentials essential. Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence essential. Must be qualified to practice law in British Columbia.
