Litigation Special Counsel

The candidate will have conducted discovery, drafted motions, argued one or more motions in court, and have some deposition experience, and some trial experience. Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance claims, construction and design defect claims, and related matters is strongly preferred. Must have very strong legal research and writing skills. Strong organizational and time management skills are required. Prior experience managing a team of paralegals and support staff is beneficial. Must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
