Providence office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trusts and estates attorney with 3+ years of experience drafting estate planning and trust administration documents, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney. The candidate will be preparing various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Will be maintaining form libraries for the Trusts and Estates practice group. Assisting with the administration of trusts, including Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts; and preparing summary charts outlining client estate plans. Should preferably have experience with HotDocs or other document compilation software. Experience with estate and trust administration is a plus. Must be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Must have excellent oral and written communication, computer (including Microsoft Word and Excel), problem solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

The candidate should have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school. Must also be highly motivated and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
