Toledo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks transactional tax associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will assist in the evaluation of acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, reorganizations and joint ventures. Will assist with the structuring of transactions and of legal entity changes needed for tax minimization. Should have experience in tax analysis, planning, controversy, compliance, business transactions and/or mergers and acquisitions. An LL.M. in taxation, CPA certification, or comparable tax or accounting background would be an added advantage. Strong legal research background and training is required. Highly developed transactional drafting experience is a must. Should be licensed to practice law in Ohio.

The candidate should have strong sense of professionalism and work ethic. Must have self-awareness about strengths and weaknesses and a willingness to grow and learn. High level of organization and attention to detail are required. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues is needed. Ability to work well in a team environment is essential. Should have a strong sense of service to clients and colleagues.
