Vienna office of our client seeks junior securities associate attorney with experience. The candidate should have knowledge of registered securities offerings, PIPEs, SEC regulations, 33 Act Registration Statements, and 34 Act periodic filings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, and SEC research. Proficiency in speaking and reading Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the New York, DC, or Virginia State Bar. Should have a JD degree from a reputable accredited law school needed.
