Duties:

• Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear and practical legal advice.
• Manage and coordinate with clients, witnesses, and expert consultants throughout the litigation process.
• Attend and participate in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare and present arguments in court and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on current legal trends and changes in commercial litigation law.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to ensure cohesive representation and effective case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex commercial disputes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of professionalism and dedication to client advocacy.

Education:
