Albuquerque office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior litigation associate attorney with 3-10 years of experience. The candidate should preferably be licensed and in good standing in New Mexico (licensed in Texas as well is a plus) with 5 years of experience in litigation (Civil, commercial, and/or defense litigation preferred) as well as: Extensive knowledge of litigation procedures in New Mexico, office application and software. Experience in handling pretrial discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and trial is required.

The candidate should have attention to detail, be motivated, and be able to assist and support a busy litigation team in large, complex litigation cases and trials. Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful.
