Leveraged Finance Associate Attorney

Fredericksburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a leveraged finance associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience in leveraged finance transactions, as well as counseling expertise. The candidate should preferably have general corporate law experience. Should have experience in a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance and private equity-backed transactions, representing borrowers, banks, and private credit lenders in commercial senior secured financings, project financings, mezzanine debt issuances or counseling clients with respect to distressed credit situations, credit agreements, security agreements, guaranty agreements and UCC Article 9 matters. Should have the desire to work as a member of a dynamic transactional team representing both lenders and borrowers in a variety of matters. Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in Virginia. Must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing/drafting skills.
