Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment litigation associate attorney with 4-7 years of employment litigation experience. The candidate should preferably be able to run cases from beginning to end and must have experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Must be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Must be admitted to California.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
