Oakland office of our client seeks general municipal law attorney with experience advising public agencies in the areas of general municipal law, the Brown Act, conflicts of interest, public contracts, code enforcement, land use, and CEQA. The candidate should preferably have acted as an assistant or deputy city attorney, and will have regularly represented planning commissions or equivalent public bodies.
