Associate Attorney With 3 Years Of Experience In Personal Injury Cases

Colorado Springs office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 3 years of experience in handling personal injury cases. The candidate will assist in pre-litigation case management, including demand preparation and negotiations. Will file lawsuits, draft and respond to written discovery, take depositions, prepare clients, and present them for deposition. Should have a solid knowledge of current Colorado personal injury law. Experience with personal injury cases (i.e. MVA, Commercial, Premises Liability) is required. Must be Colorado Bar licensed. Civil trial experience is preferred.

The candidate should have excellent legal research and written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player with a positive and cooperative attitude. Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) is required. The firm offers benefits like 401(k); Health insurance; Paid time off; Paid CLE.
