Pre-Litigation Attorney

Billings office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks pre-litigation attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients by providing professional communication with insurance adjusters, medical providers, clients, and other parties to resolve and settle cases quickly and get clients the justice they deserve. Will conduct initial client meetings and manage a caseload of assigned cases. Develop pre-litigation strategies. Assign and oversee tasks for legal assistants and paralegals in furtherance of strategies. Correspond with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties to resolve cases quickly and efficiently. Negotiate offers with insurance companies. Assist with preparing legal pleadings. Assist with the development of mass tort pre-litigation and litigation strategies and coordinate with mass tort attorneys in the supervision of support staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be a licensed attorney for the State of Montana.
