Energy and Infrastructure Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks energy and infrastructure associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in one or more energy areas involving M&A, tax-equity transactions, project financing or development (power purchase and offtake agreements, EPC and procurement contracts, O&M agreements, shared facility agreements) for renewable or conventional energy projects, assets or businesses. The candidate should have licensure from 1 jurisdiction.

The candidate should have a JD degree from accredited law school. Must have excellent academic credentials. Excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills required.
