The candidate will draft memoranda, pleadings, motions. Will research various issues and collaborate with senior attorneys about strategies. Attend court appearances. Take and defend depositions of healthcare providers. Review discovery responses and respond to discovery demands. Negotiate claims. Must have experience with eDiscovery and document review processes. Experience with medical malpractice trials needed. Must be licensed to practice law in New York State.
