First Party Property Associate Attorney

DeLand office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a first-party property associate attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience preferably in the areas of first-party property and/or underinsured motorist defense litigation. The candidate will be taking depositions, conducting site inspections, attending court hearings, preparing and responding to discovery, and assisting in trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Excellent academic credentials with skills in writing and analysis are needed.
