New York City office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Patent Group. The candidate will be handling patent prosecution matters in various technical fields. Will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications and managing patent portfolios, conducting validity and infringement studies, and supporting patent litigation, licensing and due diligence for corporate transactions. Must preferably have a degree in engineering, physics, chemistry. Should have 2-3 years of experience in patent prosecution and be a registered patent attorney or eligible to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Experience as a patent examiner is preferred. NY Bar admission is required.
