Junior-Mid Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have prior litigation experience with construction, real estate, and partnership disputes. Should have excellent writing and drafting skills; experience with e-discovery and all components of discovery, including document review, document requests, interrogatories, responses, and objections, meet and confers, search terms, and collection of documents from clients); experience with conducting research, drafting legal briefs, and conducting oral arguments. Experience taking and/or defending depositions and appearing in court is valued. Must be admitted to New York State; admission in New Jersey is a strong plus.
