Duties

• Manage a caseload of uncontested foreclosure files from service to judgment.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and affidavits accurately and promptly.
• Appear in court for mediations, trials, and hearings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable foreclosure laws and firm procedures.
• Maintain detailed records and case updates in internal systems.
• Travel to various courts within Florida as needed.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced computer and general office skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills.
