Litigation Associate Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 4-8 years of experience. The candidate will work on complex civil litigation in a fast-paced environment. Will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, supporting case management, discovery, depositions, hearings and participating in trials. Serves as middle market and emerging growth companies in a wide range of industries, private equity funds, and private investors. Drafts and negotiates transactional documents including franchise transactional documents and closing documents, acquisition agreements, commercial real estate documents, leases, and other transactional agreements. Portable business a plus.

The candidate should demonstrate superior writing and communication skills; have excellent academic credentials; possess good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients; be diligent and detail-oriented; demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively; and show a strong interest in advancing a career in this practice.
