Location:

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of Consular Processing and Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa applications.
  • Prepare clients for consulate interviews and represent clients before USCIS.
  • Oversee immigration application preparation and case packets.
  • Supervise a team of paralegals, ensuring productivity goals and client service standards are met.
  • Provide comprehensive legal analysis to clients to identify potential case benefits.
  • Draft and submit legal briefs across a range of immigration cases.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience practicing Immigration Law.
  • Proven track record in advancing legal cases and managing a caseload effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to strategy and client service.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Specialized knowledge in consular processing and waivers within immigration law.
  • Proficiency in case management software preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing teams and cases.
