Bradenton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 1 year of experience. The candidate will be meeting with clients and obtaining the necessary information to process forms and complete discovery. Working with 3 attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions and trials. Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law (with the help of an automated document system). Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Spanish is a plus.

The candidate must have the willingness to support 3 attorneys in pushing cases to a conclusion in pre-suit and litigation. Must have ability/personality to interact with attorneys, paralegals, and other office staff in a professional manner. Must have a desire to pursue a career in litigating civil cases. Must be computer literate with proficiency in Lexis Nexis, MS Word, Adobe, and Excel. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have ability to delegate and prioritize as necessary. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
