Duties:

  • Lead and manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement

  • Supervise and mentor case managers to ensure timely and effective case progression

  • Evaluate demand packages for accuracy, thoroughness, and appropriate valuation

  • Negotiate settlements to maximize recovery for clients

  • Conduct legal analysis and apply findings to case strategy

  • Prepare legal documentation, including motions, pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements

  • Coordinate closely with litigation attorneys and paralegal teams to align case strategy with overall legal objectives

  • Advise clients on potential legal actions and determine the most favorable course of resolution

  • Ensure all client records and case files are kept current and accessible to staff and attorneys

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury legal experience

  • Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience

  • Strong negotiation abilities with a consistent track record of favorable settlements

  • Familiarity with Georgia state personal injury law and procedure

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
